Job Description

Part-time, Tuesday and Thursday evenings

TYPICAL DUTIES: 

1. Provide differentiated instruction for High School Equivalency program
2. Plan and execute lessons in 5 content areas: Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies
3. Evaluate student learning through formal and informal assessment practices
4. Report and document student attendance and academic progress
5. Hours vary per assignment
6. Maintains all safety standards as mandated by the BOCES 2 organization
7. Other duties as determined by the Director of BOCES 2 CWD
8. Report directly to the Director of BOCES 2 CWD

Job Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Education or related field.  Adult Education Certification preferred.  Teaching experience preferred.  Experience working with adult students preferred.
